The things that make up a day

The things that have made today special:

  • Birdies demanding food from a friend who then phoned to tell me about it.
  • Catching up with Grandson and his Dad. Dad was sailing underneath the Forth Bridges…….surreal.
  • Enjoying half an hour of my online course
  • Walking the dog round the village
  • Watching part of Footfalls online – Samuel Beckett since you ask.
  • Making some sort of sense of it.
  • Aberlour and Red Leicester

Another ordinary day.

    What? No crochet?
All your e-work makes me wonder at myself – just spent a goodly time trying to upload photos to new computer, nothing happened, then I discovered while I had attached the camera cable correctly had not switched on the camera itself. Hey-hum…

No time for crochet so far this week – maybe later tonight.\

All those activities and Becket too?

Such a joyful character isn’t he?

I think if I saw any more of that than the bit you posted I’d be looking for the pills.

My previous acquaintance with Becket consisted of just “Waiting for Godot”, that was merely weird, this is the stuff of nightmares.

Hope you can resume dancing soon – really soon.

Ordinary, maybe. Full and rich, definitely.

  6. I love this format. I sometimes reach the end of a day and wonder where it went. today it’s 15 bean soup, dogs to groomer, meeting my personal trainer at the gym looking t crochet patterns, ordering yarn. Do you think the road to hell is covered with abandoned crochet projects?

  7. freda says:

Well done for watching the Beckett clip, Ray – I fell asleep last night with the sound of footsteps and weird wailings in my head. It’s a strange life right enough.

I’m impressed dianne, and look forward to photos of the finished articles.

Dianne – 15 bean soup? Would love that recipe.
