Up and about and into town yesterday for several appointments. Diet club last night (no change, which in the circumstances is good news. I have been prone for most of the week.) Consequently, today is a rest day. Time to enjoy more reading and encourage Him Behind the Wheel from the sidelines. He is decorating the shower room.
