A lovely service at church this morning. It was the first Christmas for our new minister. Made me realise how much I appreciate having her here, and I know the rest of the congregation feel the same.
Off to exchange more presents and visit grandchildren tomorrow.

I have pondered before over the problems of doing an OU short course from November to January. However, I have discovered there is one very strong advantage.
I am now officially on holiday for a week.

There are parcels being delivered daily, plus a mountain of cards. There are parcels being wrapped. There are parcels and presents everywhere and the dog half inched a crucial name tag and chewed it to bits. She spat out the glitter thankfully.
Oh yes! Christmas is coming.
