It is a very “Hands on” election campaign for me on this occasion. I am away helping with the cause…..feels a bit like it did in my CND years!
Except I cannot stand up for as long.

Hello Freda – I just found your blog on Scottish Blogs and thought I would stop by and say hi. I have a real fascination for the Scottish islands and hope to return one day. My family was originally from Luing (120 odd years ago) and though I was born in Scotland (Aberdeen), I grew up in England and sound for all the world like an English person (apart from when I'm very angry – so my husband tells me).
I'm with you on the wonders of Broadband – I had it for Christmas and although my computer is virtually steam powered atleast I no-longer have to contend with the vagaries of dial-up anymore.
